 Worthless Gimmick to Take Your Money June 1, 2008

Other than making the board less slippery, this product is worthless. Does not feel cushiony when on. Another gimmick to take our money. If using on carpet this cover attracts everything to it. Any hairs that fall out of our heads cling to it and specks of dust or debris cling to it. I could not find a good reason to keep this. I also could not justify spending $20 for this useless product when I could spend it on perhaps another game.

I have used this product and find it to work just fine . It does not bunch up if you make sure you secure it under the legs of the wii fit . It is not a tight fit .. somewhat loose(not by much ) .. but I have yet to have it bind up under my feet or hinder me in anyway . It protects the wii fit well ..I suggest this to protect your investment . The cover also feels great under my feet .. nice and soft ! br /br /I would also like to add that this cover did not change my husbands or my weight in any way , I get the same results with it as without it .

This is a "Protective Silicone Cover" not a silicon cover! Silicon (element 14) is a tetravalent metalloid. Silicone is the name for the soft rubber substance that this cover is made out of.br /br /It brings the credibility of this website down a peg when they don't know how to differentiate between the two words. Please do your homework next time before being careless about these things.

In one day of use my Wii fit was starting to get dirty (and covered in cat hair)! This is a great investment for anyone who is planning on wearing shoes while using it or has pets. It's definitely going to extend the life of my board.br /br /As for the other review: I agree it throws off the weight and BMI calculations. I take it off for these tests and then put it back on for regular use. It's not a tight fit (unlike an iPod skin) so putting it on and taking it off are easy.br /br /

This product actually isnt bad at all. The only downfall is that it could bunch up a little bit...but in all honesty that was kind of expected. You can't expect a cover to sit on anything perfectly all the time. And the mat didn't effect mine or my wifes weight at all. Overall I think this is a pretty good product.br /br /Update 6/2/08: I noticed it did chage the weight quite a bit if it is used on the carpet. But when used on a hard surface, it barely if at all changed the results.
