The Wii Wheel is well made, solid, and attractive. br /br /As far as its usefulness is concerned, that's completely up to the buyer. My girlfriend prefers the wheel hands down when playing Mario Kart. Personally, I find the wiimote/nunchuck combo to be the best for me.br /br /Since that's up to personal preference, there's no reason to include it in my rating. So the product gets 5 stars for what it is -- a well-designed, well-finished product with good ergonomics.

My family has enjoyed the Wii racing games. The Nintendo wheel makes them seem very realistic. I consider them an essential part of the game system. If you have a Wii and don't have a racing game, get one as soon as you can and be sure to get the wheel.br /

The new way to drive Mario cart is great even though the game could use a little tweaking. The small size of the wheel makes it easy to hold up and steer smoothly without over correction. Takes a little getting used to but better than connected units.
