this is a sweet console I have had one for five years, but i also have a Super nintendo wich is the second oldest nintendo and a game cube,but this one tops all.

This is a great video games console yes it has ran out of popularity for games but even today i hear people talking about 007 GoldenEye,Super Mario 64,The Legend Of Zelda ect..My N.64 is still working but the ANALOG stick on my 1P controller is weak.My brother got this console in 1999 with Super Mario 64,WWF WarZone and this other game which i have forgotten about, of SM64 was the best game because it was the first Mario game that was 3D and you had some cool techniques to help beat enemies and a good Artificial Intelligence(AI) such as when you race a Koopa Turtle to the top of the mountain and you blast of to the top using a cannon he knows and disqualifies you demanding himself as winner.This console has very almost better graphics then PlayStation 1 if not the same it also has alright sound,Nintendo made the games into cartridges rather then discs for some reason but cartridges arn`t delecate as discs.i would rather discs now they are more tidy and they are everywhere like DVDs,CDs,PS2,XBx,GC,PS3 when it comes out.br /I still really like the Nintendo 64 but it is now considered dead and its era is;1996-2001 when they stopped making games for N64 and GameCube made its debut being in the 3 best consoles this "generation"(PlayStation 2,XBox GameCube) before they put these 3 best it was Nintendo 64,PlayStation 1 DreamCast.But never let anyone say its a crap console maybe compared to todays consoles but its not crap it is till fun to play and the reccomended price from me would be 40 the games; 10 classic ones 15 and that is worth it if you collect every console add N64 but if you are looking for a console thats the best today get PlayStation 3 or wait for a new type of Nintendo or MicroSoft or even Sega console(I am not talking about any handhold console just connections to TVs)br /Bye.

Classic 3d games at half the price of today's new games. You can not go wrong, great for famliy and kids!
