 great version of a classic game January 2, 2009
Have loved this game since Super Nintendo. In my opinion. this is the best version. Love that you can get online and play people from around the world. The tracks are great and the gameplay is the best yet.br /br /Love that you can do tournaments with special tracks. These happen every couple of weeks and each one is different, so you'll never get tired of playing the same game over and over again.
Outrageous good fun! January 2, 2009
There was a (5) year old on my Christmas list who wanted this badly. I was not sure if this game was age appropriate, but bought it knowing that there were (2) teenagers that would use it if not.br /br /I need not have worried. I have been to his home (3) times since Christmas, and someone is always playing it. They have (2)Wii consoles, and this seems to be THE "swipe amd run" game of the year.br /br /The graphics are very good, and the game play is a hoot! The parents and house guests were playing it as well. Makes me want to get a Wii.

This game is perfect for all ages. It will take some time to perfect the art of driving the different levels. Meanwhile the enjoyment and the together time is invaluable.
 No Need for Wheel December 31, 2008
My family LOVES this game; however, for us, the "wheel" is highly overrated. My son (five years old) finds that he can control the action more without the wheel. We all enjoy playing!

NOTE: Be aware that just because the wheel is included, you will still require a controller. So if you don't have enough Wii Remote Controller, be sure to buy one to go with this game. Since I'm a Wii Newbie, I didn't realize this until we got the game all set up and ready to go!br /br /I doubt that this game has much redeeming educational quality but it is just a blast for my kids and my husband. It is even fun to watch. They can play this for hours. They have much more fun playing against each other but it is also fun if you are by yourself. br /br /I love the fact that this type of game brings the family together to laugh and spend time hanging out much like the board games of yesteryear. br /br /I highly recommend this product!
