Great for kids and adults alike November 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We got this game for our son's 8th birthday. He got several other games but this is the one that he plays over and over again (for 3 months now). He has played 2 other DS lego games and I must say, you can not go wrong with any of them. The one thing that I did not like is the fact that to "link" with another DS and play a multi player game, you both have to have the game. Most DS games are like this and I did not understand that when we purchased the game. To check before you buy a game, it tells you multi-card or single-card on the top right on the back of the game.
Great fun for children and people who are not good at games November 21, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
What I really like about this game is when you get killed, you don't get sent back to the beginning or even to a checkpoint. You come back immediately right where you left off, so the frustration level is completely eliminated and you can just play.br /br /If there is a frustration level, it's occasionally being stumped on how to get out of a level. And I'm not that crazy about having to play the game through twice in order to see everything, but that's the way it is. After you play though the Story, you use your money to buy additional characters and abilities. There are areas on each level that can't be explored unless you have a certain character in your party, so you almost have to keep notes of who you will need where later.br /br /All in all, it's a very charming recreation of the movies, and even though I hated the first three episodes, I didn't mind playing the levels. There's very little Jar Jar to deal with! And reliving the original triology as told by Lego people is fun and funny. The DS version of this game has you rubbing one of the screens to make "the force" move obstacles, or tapping on Lego cube combination locks to open doors.
More Fun, Same problems November 13, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Pros: Really fun, more unlockable characters, and more levels. br /br /Cons: Will only last a few weeks, and sometimes the camera will not move the way you want it.br /br /Scale 1-5 br /br /Fun: 5br /br /Music: 4br /br /Controls: 3br /br /Length: 2br /br /Overall rating: 4
Fun game November 10, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have an 11 and a 7 year old and they both love this game. I'm not sure what makes it so interesting, since I'm not one to try these things, but they like it.

I am a big comic book fan and scifi rapidly growing maven, this game is lots of fun. The batman lego and Indiana Jones is cute and funny. This is a must for casual gamers and gaming masters.br /br /A DEFINITE STOCKING STUFFER THIS CHRISTMAS 2008br /
