 Aerosmith GH review July 28, 2008
This game kept my 12 year old and 16 year old grandkids occupied for many hours. They do say that the graphics are not as good as on the PS3 but that did not deter them from playing. Later my husband got on and said it was quite fun.

I love Aerosmith!! but come on this game doesn't make justice to the huge play list they have, only 3 or 4 good songs in the game...what happened with crazy, crying, amazing, angel, falling in love is so hard on your knees, pink, etc...br /br /Im pretty dissapointed with this game :'(

I was disappointed in the conversion back to the guitar hero two game play. guitar hero three was a huge step in providing quality entertainment but unfortunately we didn't receive that same quality for Aerosmith.

My son (age 6) and I were really looking forward to this when it first came out. I had ordered it through Amazon on the 25th of June and it arrived on the 30th (1 day after the premier). br /My pros are as follows:br / - New Songsbr /My cons are as follows:br / - Not enough songs from other bandsbr / - Bonus set list is way too small (probably half the size of the bonus set list in GH3)br / - Have to play on expert mode to make it somewhat challengingbr / - Not many selections for guitars and no new charactersbr / - Co-op mode is boringbr / - You can't hear Steven Tyler sing on some of the songsbr / - The guitar seems to be out of sync with the song or vice versa.br /br /Overall, I give this a "C". My favorite song out of the whole game is Dream Police - and that's the first song! Also, why would you have a cover of Hard to Handle?br /I should have just saved my money and waited for GH4. br /

This is a misleading game to say the least. There's nothing fun about this Aerosmith series, and actually, they should not even use the Aerosmith name for this game.br /br /First of all, there are not a lot of Aeromsmith songs. For each level, you have two songs from some other bands and then you get two songs from Aerosmith. What the heck is that all about???? I bought this game to play Aerosmith songs, not some other bands that I do not care for!!!!!br /br /Second, they only have very few Aerosmith songs that people recognize. For goodness sake, why put Aerosmith songs that no one knows about. Most of the big hits from Aerosmith were not included. Why the hell would you create this game if you don't include hits from Aerosmith.br /br /This is just a huge, huge, huge waste of money!!! This game is NOT created for people who enjoy music from Aerosmith. This game is created so that the idiots at Activision could steal money from people!!! What a disappointing game.
