AWESOME January 3, 2008 This game is ALOT of fun. If you're looking for a racing game that many age levels can enjoy, this is the one. Can use two players at a time. Get the 9.99 wii racing wheel to complete the game!

I received the product quickly, in good order and for a good price. However, I cannot adequately give a review of the fun or overall experience as my kids have only played it once so far. They are currently enjoying the sports package that came with the Wii...
Graphics not as good as playstation December 28, 2007 0 out of 5 found this review helpful
Playstation graphics are better. You turn the Wii side to side for steering. I personally found the turning too sensitive and the turbo boost confusing. The turbo boost work against the steering. br /br /The game is fun to play against another friend. The courses are challenging and the competitiveness inherit in the game makes it fun. The game is emercive and the background archade like. Crashes don't consume unreasonable amounts of time. The Wii has no tactile feedback which would be a nice future feature. Single person view would be cool, but is not available in the game. The turbo boost will explode the engine if the usage hits red line. The game is good for numerous hours of play and competition.br /br /A futuristic possible could be remote RC toys using wifi video, real world navigation using wii devices, and RC toys traversing a real world terrain. A perfect combination of virtual interfacing with real world devices in a gamelike environment. Excite has a 1990s arcade feel, instead of a real world situational experience.br /
Daddy won't let me play it! December 28, 2007 We just got this for Christmas and I overheard my 5 year old telling his Granny that his daddy wouldn't let him play this because he was too busy playing it himself! We've all enjoyed this game and have "teamed up" to try to advance to new levels. This is one game you won't regret buying.
Beware this game December 27, 2007 4 out of 18 found this review helpful
If you got a Wii for Christmas with only the included Wii sports or with the Wii Play package, Excite Truck could create household issues. The bottom line is that this game is lots of fun. In fact, it's a whole lot more fun than the basic Wii games, which will mean that your kids won't really find the basic Wii games to be all that interesting anymore. They'll just want to race. That may be just fine with you. But if you got the Wii because you wanted a video game that was more active and less like a traditional arcade game, this may defeat the purpose.br /br /On the other hand, the game is a blast . . . .
