5 out of 5 stars fun fun fun   October 17, 2008
Ok I love this game the puzzle part of it is fun and for those who say adults wont like it not true. I am a 25 year old female do not like many video games. but last week I got sick and had nothing to do and found the game my little brother left at my house and decided to play it and then I could not put it down. I did love the original zelda and ocarina of time n64 but the others I did not care for but this is fun. graphics are 2D who cares think about the games you played on nintendo or super nintendo and did you not have a good time before anything else came out. I am sure you did. I guess I am only 25 so when I was little I played the nintendo and super nintendo and by the time I was a teenager I stopped playing games Maybe because I am a female and do not spend all my time playing every video game I have nothing to really compare it to but I think it is fun.It is a little easy but who wants to spend all there time playing one game not me.

5 out of 5 stars the legend of zelda the four swords adventures   June 7, 2007

I think that this is the best zelda game in years! And all of the graphics are awesome it is just the best game. The best part is it has a micture of the wind waker and the minish cap. And yes it would be more fun in multiplayer because it would make it easier but i personnaly like it in single player. And i hope that they never stop making these type of games. I just wish everyone could enjoy the legend of zelda series. And of course it does take japan two or three years just to make them. AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM!

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't Even compare to any other Zelda Game.   December 12, 2006

I bought this game hoping that it would as good or btr than all the other Zelda Titles i have played but i personally thought it really didn't live up to the title. I suppose that multiplayer it would prob. actually be pretty fun but i "not owning a gm advance" nvr got to try that. Anyways for one player the game was difficult and really not that fun...wierd crappy graphics....and i don't really get why they couldn't have just made a game with one link....all in all if you are buying this for multiplayer try it out...but if i not i wouldn't even buy it....just play windwaker tell twighlight princess comes out.....

3 out of 5 stars You need to play this game with 4 players   November 27, 2006

The only way to really have fun in this game is with 4 players.br /br /When I first ripped open the game and turned on the cube, it's a very boring story in the beginning that you can't skip, since I didn't want to go through it again, I completed the first level by myself. It was hell, extremely boring.br /br /I was actually thinking of returning it, I thought to myself to have 3 of my friends over that had Game Boy Advances, and GCN-GBA cables, so I phoned them up, oh god, I had such a blast!br /br /With 3-4 Players this game is extremely fun and entertaning. You'll get near endless amounts of fun and replay value, most of the puzzles aren't as confusing as the Four Swords for GBA ones, and the action is better. However, choose your friends wisley, since they can hurt you by throwing you off pits, you can return the favor though, I did it countless times.br /br /With 2 players the game is kinda... meh, OK... You won't get bored if you play 1-2 levels (3 if you're hyped, like sugar-high or something) but after that it's extremely tedious. You NEED a memory card for this game. Don't even THINK of playing this without one, since the saving feature is limited enough!br /br /Like I said before, 1 player is horrible, and you should only try it once (the first level)br /br /When you go into a house or something (in 2-4 player mode) your game will move to your GBA screen, it seems creative at first, but then it just gets to be a pain in the (BLEEP), since it is quite a pain while you're playing. (When playing 1 player, the GBA screen will overlap the TV screen, unless you're playing on a GBA, but why would you?)br /br /GBA SP's can also be used BTW. Even more troubles: First of all, there usually isn't 4 item spots, where all 4 of you can get a specific item, so you usually have to fight over it, which is quite a hassle. Another trouble is that no matter how good you do, your "buddies" can just give you the "bad" rankings at the end of the game, making you lose points, so they can win, even though you helped them as best as you possibly could. Idiots.br /br /A great addition to the game, even though it can be unfair, if you're bad at fighting in 2d zelda games, is Shadow Battle which is for 2-4 players, you CANNOT add bots to play alone.br /br /You can use items in this mode, however the hidden stages are just "Dark World" variations, where there is a cirlce of light around you, with the exact same level. This is what you get for beating Hyrule Adventure? You gotta be kidding!br /br /For the extra game Tera's Trackers, you need the Asia Import of this game, since it got ditched from the US version. Why? I have no idea. What a crafty marketing strategy. Not!br /br /Anyways, buy this game at your own risk, if you are the type of gamer who's friends all have Xbox, you should not get this game, since I doubt they will all have GBA/GBA SP and GCN-GBA cables. br /br /Even worse (Read it in the instruction booklet) Nintendo DS, and Nintendo DS Lite are not compatiable with any Linkup games, any type. Period. Which is really dumb and stupid, so you can't even PLAY multiplayer if you don't have a GBA SP or GBA.br /br /Another crafty, idiotic marketing scheme. Ah well, wait for Twillight Princess, it arealdy came out for the WIIbr /i'm shelling out for the GCN version.br /br /coming 12.12.06br /(offical release date from www.zelda.com)

4 out of 5 stars A game definatley worth the money.   October 15, 2005

This game is definatley different from most other Zelda games. But that definatley DOES NOT mean it is any less fun. It is great. The levels are kind of short, but there are alot of them though. 24 to be exact. Well actually there is 8, but each level is divided into 3 mini-levels. The picture is sort of bad, but that is definatley understandable because it is a remake of an older game, from like the 80's or something. Actually its not even a remake, its the same game just made onto a disc, for more modern systems. This isn't one of those games you beat once and never want to play it again. It is one of the ones you like to play over and over.
