 Fun Game for Everyone January 6, 2009
We have really enjoyed Guitar Hero in our house. My wife likes it, and it is fun when we have guests over. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of trophies. Oh well, though. Now I want to buy the microphone and drum set...

This game is perfect for bringing in significant others who might not normally embrace the PS3. It's fun, and relatively easy.

I love it-I officially stink at it though. Shew! It's not as easy as it looks that's for sure.br /br /The songs are some of the best the series has had compiled together. Sweet Home Alabama is definitely the hardest.

Since it's so similar to Rock Band 2, most of my ratings will be based on Rock Band and GHWT. First, the guitar controller is great, but I'm having some problems with it after a while of use. It's a step up from Rock Band's origianl one. The slider is cool, but hard to get used to and isn't great.br /br /The graphics are nice, and, unlike Rock Band, there are day and outdoor venues, which let you see your character more and your customized virtual instruments. Real musicians make the game a little unique.br /br /The soundtrack is really what makes both of these games. I, personally like Rock Band 2's list more and the multitude of DLC, but GHWT has some good songs, also. The most important thing is the music, which should determine which game you prefer.

This was a christmas gift to my son..and since Christmas hes been glued to the TV...The grapics are amazing..and he loves it!..Great Deal at 69.00 for the PS3!
