Fun game, obscene language January 8, 2009 Has no one else out there heard the "cool dude" from this game say, "that's some good F'in candy"? He comes in later in the game like in between the 3rd and 4th candy factories. I'm a little concerned because I bought this for my 8-year-old daughter for Christmas and I'm glad she hasn't played it yet. (I, however, have become quite addicted) When I heard that I told her she wasn't allowed to play it. This game is rated E for everyone...so why such foul language?br /This is a really fun game, I also enjoy Cake Mania. I am just concerned with this carelessness--I mean what if I hadn't played it and just let my little children play it?
Fun Game For Parent and Kid To Play Together January 3, 2009 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My almost 9 year old daughter got this game for Christmas. She was able to easily complete the first couple levels- but it began to get too difficult for her as the game goes on. I like the fact that they give the option of allowing 2 players to work together. She and I worked together and had a lot of fun. Some of the levels get pretty difficult, and even with the two of us working together, we sometimes failed. But, they let you try again as many times as you need to. The animation was not very impressive (it is pretty basic and old school), but the music was a lot of fun. I gave it 4 stars for the fun level, but only 3 for play- due to difficulty of play and graphics. Overall- a great time.
