Aerosmith faceplate? January 6, 2009 I purchased this thinking I would receive an additional white-faced controller. Instead I received one with an Aerosmith faceplate and Aerosmith-related sticker set. I guess if I cared much for Aerosmith, it wouldn't be much of an issue, but I really would rather have a white one. Also of note, the box has no markings to signify it's an Aerosmith edition. Weak.
Best Buy For a Great Product December 26, 2008 Was wanting another guitar to be able to play multi-players with the Wii Guitar Hero and this was exactly like the one I had, not a knock-off brand and the best price around.
A nice controller with good features, just a little noisy November 30, 2008 The Wii Les Paul controller for Guitar Hero is quite nice and a good improvement over previous controllers. The neck is detachable, which is nice for anyone who needs to store it in a more compact form. The fret buttons are rounded rather than square, which is better for doing hammer-ons in the game as your fingers can run across them more smoothly. The strum bar is longer than before which is good but it's a little noisy, you just might have to turn the volume up in the game when using it. The interchangeable faceplate is cool too, if you want another one and you're willing to spend $10 or $15 on a cooler one you can. I also don't like how the remote is inside the guitar, I think it looks a little tacky and is a bit of a hassle but it's not a huge deal. Overall the Les Paul controller is great, the new one for World Tour may be way better but for its time it's a good controller that I will continue to use as a bass for World Tour.
Great! November 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great Quality. Works with GH3 and GH:World Tour. You do need a Wii remote for it though. Recommended if you need an extra guitar!
Wii Les Paul Guitar Hero Guitar with Game. October 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well what can I say? It is great if you are good using both hands at the same time. I know everyone that plays with it is enamored with it. They enjoy it a lot. I found it to be fun but I am not that good with it. I most certainly recommend this item for teens! It was a gift for someone and they got a lot out of it! Very entertaining to watch and everyone wants to have one it seems.
